Advanced Processing for Maximum Recovery

Our customised recycling plants process whole solar panels through multiple stages, achieving optimal material recovery.
With the ability to process up to 4 tons per hour, our systems can be upgraded with hydraulic grinders and enhanced separation technology to increase capacity to 6 tons per hour.

The Solar Panel Recycling Process

1. Crushing - Panels are broken down using an LC 1800 multi-crusher, followed by manual sorting of connectors and wires.
2. Initial Screening - Inert fractions are screened to improve downstream processing.
3. Shredding - A TQ 1800 four-shaft shredder further reduces material size (50mm screen).
4. Magnetic Separation - Magnetic metals are extracted.
5. Eddy Current Separation - Non-magnetic metals, such as aluminum, are recovered.
6. Final Screening - Additional inert fractions are cleaned and separated.
7. EVA Cleaning - Ensures the complete removal of inert contaminants.
