The Debagging Station allows operators to load bulk bags via forklift, secure them in place, and automatically discharge contents at a steady, controlled rate.
Pneumatic actuators and pushers shake and work the bag to prevent clumping and bridge formation. An integrated auger then feeds the loosened material into a pipe or downstream system—without blockages or interruptions.
Standard feed bins or hopper loaders work well—if your material is free-flowing. But many plastics, recyclables, or additives tend to compress or stick inside the bag. That’s where this station steps in.
