Telford Smith manufacture a range of high quality components for the extrusion, injection & blow moulding machines. A complete range of non driven, & driven, ring check valves & ball check valves are available.

All Ring Check Valve assemblies are manufactured from high grade alloy steel, which is hardened & nitrided for maximum service life. Check rings are precision ground to finished diameter ensuring a close tolerance fit with the barrel bore, this reduces back flow over the ring ensuring consistent shot rate & volume.

Telford Smith can manufacture components to order from a customer sample or drawing. If these options are not possible we can draw on our extensive data base to establish an appropriate design.

Telford Smith manufactures nozzles to suit any injection moulding machine. In addition, we offer spring or hydraulically actuated shut off nozzles with mixing elements or melt filters.
